LI is right. I like that My Fitness Pal shows me the percent change in my body weight. Also a lot of times, weight loss is slower if you aren't really big to start with. I stared at 410.
-
Oh yeah. I didn't set up my ticker but I was sleeved 8/8/14. Starting weight is 410. Current weight is 310.
-
That is what an Inspiralizer is. One of the girls at work told me about it. I use it to make zucchini spaghetti and other veggies. I found the Bella Vita spaghetti sauce (low carb) too, so I cn have spaghetti again. Love it.
-
Anybody using the Inspiralizer and making veggie "noodles"? Pretty tasty. Also, I've ordered some goodies from Netrition that are tasty. They have "Chios" that are made of cheese. 150 cals and 2 g carbs for the bag.
-
I vote fit the Premier as will. Yummy but 30 g protein. 160 cals. I didn't like the vanilla, but the chocolate IS like chocolate milk. Sometimes mine are thick too, but I still like them and drink them
-
I used FMLA for my time off too. I was off 3.5 weeks but my doctor said I could go back in 2. I'm a paralegal, so I'm stationary but still stressful. It took me about 6 weeks to really feel myself again.
-
Believe me, Bon, I've had stalls too. I seemed to yo yo around in December and January but really didn't lose anything. My NUT told me to switch up and eat up to 30 carbs a day for 2days and on the third day, eat up to 100. At first I had a slight gain, but then it seemed to kick in. Also, we joined a gym and started doing water aerobics about 3 weeks ago, which has really helped. I started at 410 and now I'm 310, so I've got a long way to go and I know the next 100 will be even harder. We can do this. One meal at a time.
