I'm with yall. The protein nake me sick I've tried so many different ones. I've been eatin greek yogurt. Cottage cheese. Peanut butter. Eggs. And tuna tryin to get as much protein as I can. Just got some new protein drinks. One is iso 100 and tge other is nectar fuzzy navel. Which I can do but in very little amounts.

Left day of surgery. Right one month post op down 36 lbs

Same as above. I can tell in my face and stomach has gone down a little bit.

Before 315 after 288. Only two weeks after surgery

Well I'm now day 1 of being home. Post op day 3 ice chips made me sick. Crystal light and water have been decent but they cant be cold. My problem is the protein shakes make me feel sick. Going to try different shakes that aren't choc or vanilla flavored. Any suggestions????
