For the past seven years I took notice to my weight gain. After getting out the military in 09, I felt like I was in my own personal battle with myself and my weight. It seemed as though everything I did work but only to gain triple the pounds that I initially lost. It hurts when you look yourself in the mirror and don't know the person looking back at you. It even hurts more to realize moments like playing with your children, you are unable to do because you can't jump or get short of breath and need to sit down. I did many diets, B12 shots, Weight watchers, Nutri system, Insanity (only lasted for 2 days, then I felt like my heart was on fire and trying to bust out of my chest), I even detox. I soon realized that I am spending more money and not benefiting from the results because it backfires in my face every time. I am not taking control of my life and getting rid of this fat suit. Come and join me on my journey to a new me, new life, and new way of living.
