Newbie, I feel your pain. I'm 8 days out. I have been getting up about an hour early specifically to have time to focus on nothing but getting my first Protein shake down so I have energy for the morning. For some reason, liquids are going down fairly well for me and I find that I can drink 10 - 12 oz an hour...I just have to push myself to keep sipping .
How much protein is in one of your shakes? There are a few brands that offer 30ish grams per 10-12 oz shake. Pretty good bang for your buck (or, in this case, ounces).
