Cheated! I'm on day 8 of 10 day liver reduction diet-having a tough time. I've cheated -had to go out to dinner with family &had a simple salad on day 2, and have had 1/2 c tomato soup 3x for flavor during the past week. I'm terrified I've messed up my outcome. I've lost 7 #s but you can't see your liver!
