He's great!! Good luck!! I had mine done July 25th by him and I love in Statesville too. -
I never had heartburn before surgery, now it seems like I always have it. Is that normal?

Hi all! Sunday I will be 10 days post-op and start phase 2, which is full liquids. The problem is, I'm having a hard time coming up with things I can eat. I've been living off of sugar free jello and Popsicles, and of course protein shakes, but I need some ideas. I'm excited for the day I'll get to eat eggs, refried beans, veggies. Can you help a girl out?

Any Charlotte Nc Sleevers?

Hi all! I'm in Statesville, NC and just got mine done with Dr. Heider. He is great! Definitely recommend him! -
Nope, I haven't put a bra on since surgery. I'm worried it would mess with my incision, so I'm giving it just a little while longer. I heard some suggest putting the thick band aids over it. I feel like I'm progressing Ok. I'm having a hard time finding a protein drink that I like. I'm down 14lbs since the surgery. I honestly don't really have interest in any food at this point. I have to basically force myself to get my water down. I think yesterday I had one cup of jello and a few ounces of water, and a little broth. Plus, I have the whole diarrhea thing going on. Grrrr! I haven't had pain meds since I got out of the hospital, but I do find it hard to get comfortable. How's everyone else?

I was also sleeved on 7/25 and have diarrhea. Does it ever end? Lol -
I suffer from PCOS as well, I just had my surgery the 25th and I'm praying that through this we can have little ones of our own.
