I got the 5 min before 30 after rule

I chose 160 because it is one lb less than my husband. That's my goal, to weigh less than him just once .

I go Tuesday 9/17. I went to the grocery store today to get my clear liquids, vitamins and gas strips. I'm ready but getting a little nervous. This site really helps ! Everyone is so inspiring. I can't wait to get started.

My surgery is th 17th. I'm very excited. I was really scared what people would think. So far I have been pleastly surprised. Everyone I have told is being very supportive. I am selective as to who I tell though. I don't want to hear the horror stories. Kind of like when someone says they're pregnant, someone always has a horror story to tell. I don't have to do the liquid diet until the day before either. Thank goodness. Good luck to all.
