Anyone craves for a snack like midnight and when your eating it u feel really full and can't eat it and then u get heartburn ,happens to me everytime I think I want a late nite snack )oh and it's a pudding or peanut butter and cracker snacks

IM 7 weeks out today and I was so ready to try eating cabbage so today I cook me sum cabbage and it went down great alittle to great I got all carried away and ate to fast it was just soooo good and it's not many foods I use to love that my new sleeve love so it got stuck in my chest wow.... That hurt lol but I manage to walk it down so all well now and my cabbage was great....can't wait to eat more all week long lol

I been doing the same IM 7weeks out and at 3weeks I stall till 5 weeks then I lost 7 pds and now IM 7 weeks and stall again but I do see inches gone so that helps me stay positives ,so don't worry it's going too move again

I wouldn't say I regret it ,IM 7 weeks sleeve on Monday ,but IM just not enjoying it yet and I guess it from all the changes ,I.hate going out to dinner right now becuz a few bites IM done , I hate all the heartburn ,I hate my tummy talks and move all day like a baby Inside it , I hate IM still sore in my tummy after almost 7 weeks , I hate I don't like most of the food I use too like even the healthy one besides fish and chicken and soups that's all I can eat and IM burned out already with it but I have to eat ,so.....maybe 6 mos from I may feel different but as of now I can say I don't really.like my sleeve yet but regret Hmmm still out on that one

Not at all ,some people can after 2 to 3 weeks but some like me longer IM 7 weeks sleeve and find it still hard to sleep on my stomach it's better then 5 weeks ago but still not like before surgery ,can't wait too be able too thou ,good luck

Been craving a hot dog anyone had one at least 7 weeks out ,I know I won't be able to eat it all

Thanks for all the in put ,and I decided to just have some jumbo soup with out rice ,a hot dog is just not a hot dog without a bun ,guess that's the new life for wanting to be healthy I realize life really has change but for the best

I will try it with out a bun ,someone just post they had a salad and it hurt omg even salad hurts , I hope that won't happen for me ,I will be 7weeks Monday and IM suppose to start trying new foods now IM scared to try a salad lol

Omg salad hurt too ,I will be 7weeks Monday too and I really miss salads and apples and plums etc ...

IM so scared when it comes to trying new foods now ,I have been living of fish chicken and soups for the past 4 weeks I want something I use too love just not as much

Oh no ,no bun ,it will take up that much ,feeling sad now , I never get all my Cal yet so I thought no big deal with the bun ,so yall saying it will make me full faster becuz of the bun

Lettuce wouldn't be the same ,IM going to try a turkey hot dog on wheat bun and toast it in the oven and see what happens wish me luck lol

Mmmm I can't wait to have one i l love them before my sleeve I just hope my sleeve love them now ,I use to love tuna and now my sleeve hates it I use to love Mexican food and now my sleeve hates it ,God I hope it likes hot dogs lol

IM 6weeks out and all Mexican food makes me sick ,and if I smell gets me sick

I was sleeve on July 8 2013 and I been stall for two weeks now well the scale move today ,6more pds down yayyy me, total 35 pds since surgery 10pds per opt 45 total loving this sleeve

Ok IM 6weeks out and I been doing great with eating a half of cup of food ,but somehow this week I can barely get in two spoonful of food what can be going on ,I was doing great for the last 6weeks , now it that time of the month so I thinking that may have something to do with it but has anyone else had that happen to them

No not feeling tired ,other then not eating and cramping IM fine

I went to my first party since I have been sleeved on July 8 2013 lastnite ,and I had a great time ,I ate dinner at home becuz I knew they would not have a healthy choices there oh and I was right lol but I was proud of myself I didn't care to even have a drink ,we people offer I just said I don't drink thank u wow me a party girl saying I don't drink lol what a change of life style for me ,loving my sleeve

Hi sleeve July 2013 I have lost 39pds ,and feeling great going back to work Monday ,started at the Gym yesterday and did great I feel so good to be back in the Gym ,IM getting 60oz of water in now still working on the protein but IM getting more now then in the beginning it's getting better and better each week , I'm able to be home about this sleeve now yayyy

IM having a normal headache and I normally take aleeve for it ,IM not on Any med or pain anymore and IM 6 weeks sleeve anyone if we can take aleeve yet

IM 4 weeks sleeve ,two weeks I had a stall too then then week 3 I lost 7pds and now week 4 I have stall again so let's see how week 5 go lol

I was the same way days before I had dreams I was going to die doing surgery,the day before surgery I took all my grandchildren out to there favorite place which is chunky cheese so yes there all under 5 lol but I wanted that time with just me and them ,I had already went on the best vacation with my husband the week before my surgery so I said the things to him I needed to say, I just felt I havnt had enough this on this earth with my grandkids ,but the day of the surgery I was very clam not even nerves I really had a relax feeling over me ,and IM so happy I made it threw great and I don't remember I thing last thing I can remember was rolling down ths hall way and I told the nurse ok IM ready for the spa lol she said yes u r and I was out like a light so I think they gave me the knock out med on the way to operating room ,becuz I never saw the room and IM happy I didn't becuz I think I would have been afraid then

I was 3months of office visits and 30days for approval but that turn into to15 day and they approve and my surgery date was set the next week and that was July 8
