Congrats you look great, I feel great still working on loosing these last 15 pounds but love love the way that I look, I especially love the way that hubby looks at me and how people run and open doors.

I had a tummy tuck for this same reason no much how much i work out the stomach stayed so I had a tummy tuck and feel great about it, no regrets recovery was a piece of cake and I was back to work in 1 week and no one was the wiser .

I was a tripe D and now i am a double d they get smaller and loose volume but I would not trade my health for anything i work out and its been almost 3 years and i just got my nipple pierces and love them now.

Hi I am sure that is is water weight I would encourage you to exercise as much as you can like walking , exercise helps you get lean as well as help,you to stay fit . I am almost two years post opt and my intake food is 1200 per day and I exercise five days a week for 70 minutes . You got this .

My idea size dress was a ten now I am a 8 I use to weigh 332 pounds and I am now 165 pounds and wear a miss 10 pants now and I use to wear a size 32-36 pants trust me you will know what size you want to be by the way you look and fit in your clothes. Din focus on numbers focus on being healthy .

I think it's good to set a goal and strive for it if your healthy and happy I am 5 feet 11 and my goal was 175 now I'm 168 and love it . Now I will maintain that goal and continue to work out weekly to maintain it, we all know how easy it is putting on the weight and it's hard as hell getting rid of it . Good luck do what's best for you and what' make you happy . Congrats on your weight lost .

Congrats I know how you feel I stop weighing myself for 3 weeks and did not even know that not only did i hit onederland but I have only a few more pounds to go to ht the "" standard weight of not being over weight''. But I feel good because I am only 8 pounds from my personal goal but loosing 150 pounds I am loving the new me going from a 3 x shirt to a medium was totally worth it. We all got this.

Congrats isn't that a great feeling, I know I could not believe it when I was taken off all my diabetic medication it gave me the encouragement to continue to strive for healthy .

I just realize I hit wonderland ,and at 194 wow I can't believe it now going for 185 here I come lol.

First I would like to say congrats on your choice for being health and I would like to encourage you to talk to your doctor it is vital that you get in your protein and water without that your body breaks down and do not heal properly. Your weight lost may be at a stall but your going to have that . Are you tracking your food intake ? My fitness pal is excellent for that . Please keep us posted and good luck .
