    MsAnders that's great keep up the great job, I was told to loose 20 pounds and I n doing the same thing as you watching calories and I'm walking. Plenty soon your be own the fifty plus more.

    Crispy it doesn't matter what order they have you go in as long as you complete everything but its great you got the ball rolling.

    Not yet I will get that date at the 4 month stage which I'll be in November . Keep us posted we are there for you. And by the way everything you have done will transfer to your new doctor if you decide to changed.

    No there not, I had the same thing happen to me and I switched surgeons, since switching sergeons I have had my EKG , seen the Nut, I see the psy or my eval in two weeks, and all of my blood work will be done. I would switch doctors, if your treated this way now imagine these are the same people in charge of your care.

    Hi I am excited as well , I began my journal in August as well, I have had my 2 pcp visits, seminar, EKG, blood work will be this Wednessday, I have my nut exam on the 23 of this month, haven't met with the surgeon yet but I'm hoping everything go as plan. The funny think I have been trying out protein shakes and water and I love isopure frosty grape and premier protein shakes. I have lost ten pounds lready and I'm excited.

    They are very expensive 5.00 for one bottle and I bought a case as well in grape , make sure there ice cold ,then they are better, I now like them. Using them now So i can loose weight before surgery.

    Congrats to you, I haven't gotten as far as you have but I have already started sampling proteins shakes . I am thinking about the food I will be loosing but I'm more focus on the life expected that I will be gaining.

    I agree with the above statement I would contact my insurance company as well as provide them with these prices to see why they are not coverage , they will eat you know for sure if its a fraud.
