I agree with the above statements it also does not help when family members and friends make inappropriate comments that now that you are smaller then your spouse better watch out which makes them feel insecure also. They put negative comments and thoughts into their head as well. I would just continue to try and reassure your love one that you are not going any where and they are the love of your life, I know I had this issue and have to constantly reassure my husband that I am not going anywhere and now my husband feels more secures and can handle the comments.

I am one year out today and I went from a size 48 DDD to a 36 DD I miss my girls but I look great in a size large shirt instead of a 3 x shirt. LOL so they were worth it, lol if you do not like your size you can always get a breast lift or enhancements.

Tips regarding eating I know that I found it helpful to buy baby pates, forks, and spoons, as well as I bought baby cups that were all one cup and a food scale. I also bought measuring spoons that I kept in my purse, you got this, by the way May 22 is my birthday what a great day. I gave up pop and started exercising three times per week and and stop consuming bread, pasta, rice and cut y sugar intake. Just making these changes were well worth it and I am so happy that I did, I also gave up all friend food and now grill or bake everything. Good luck on your pending surgery. I am looking to purchase a bike by the end of this month and I thought it would be an excellent way to get in some exercise since they are so many bike trails .

I would choose the bypass, as stated above it is the gold standard and more people have revison from the sleeve, I only wanted one surgury and I could have selected either one but I am loving my bypass it saved my life. good luck.

Wow I haven't reach that milestone yet but I have people in my group that have and they look great. Congrats on your pending surgery, you could also google pictures. I am almost 1 year pos opt and I ams till loosing and working toward my personal gal and have 50 more pounds to loose, but I can tell you I feel and look great and I have lost a whole person. Hello everyone wanted to share a funny story I was walking to unlock our work building door that is made out of mirror glass and didn't even recognize the skinny woman starring back at me was me. I saw myself for the first time the way others see me, Wow. Loving the new me.

I was walking past our building door which is made out of mirror and didn't even recognize the person in the reflection was me. I finally saw what everyone is talking about how much weight I have lost. Wow scary but nice.
