I agree stalls happen and i m loosing inches, I know that as long as I am eating healthy and exercising I am going in the right directions. I just join LA Fitness and so far I am loving it. I am now just taking one day at a time, because I know that i did not gain this weight overnight and that I am not going to loose it overnight. Good luck my friends.

I agree with the above statements they were never your friends to begin with if they cancel your friendship over you being health, true friends want the best for their friends and this includes being healthy. I HAVE A BARACTRIC CARD THAT ALLOWS ME TO ORDER ON THE KIDS MENU AT ANYTIME NOW WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I GO OUT I CAN JUST EAT OFF OF HIS PLATE IF IM NOT THAT HUNGRY AND HE HAS LOADS EXTRA.

I am at a stall but I am loosing inches , I am walking on my pants now and I know that I am not striking in height but inches, everyone says that I a swimming in my clothes but I refuse to buy any new clothes yet, I just tighten up my belt because I have so many clothes, I am thinking about getting then taken in. I am due to see my surgeon at the end of the month to see how my blood work is showing and I am doing I am hoping to be down to 250 or lower by then. I am looking into gym memberships right now. I am glad to see so many people staying focus and doing so well. Congrats to you all. Keep focus and the weight will come off.

Hi I agree with the above statements do what your doctor suggest I would start the liquid diet now so that you will be smaller so that you can loose weight. Good luck.

Hi this is normal, to feel this way it is fear of the unknown but trust me once you have the surgery you will be glad that you did I know I do. Good luck on your pending surgery and congrats.

That's great congrats to you both just take in eddy set a time and remember as long as your eating healthy the weight will come off .

I guess it depends on your body because my husband and I was able to resume sex 5 days after surgery, our sex life has always been great and it's better now because we can try new position .Give it time it will come .

Good luck sounds like you have everything work out and plan now just relax and breath lol, I know the night before my surgery I wet to bed early because i wanted the day I have waited for so long to hurry up and come, sounds silly but that was my thinking. I know your going to do great and your going to love the new you. I am almost 9 weeks out and I am loving love, the recovery was great and right after surgery I was up and walking and like my doctors and nurses say I was burning rubber on my IV stand. This new opportunity to be healthy and prolong your life is so worth it and I would do it again 100 times over. Good luck my friend we are all saving a seat for you on the losers bench. Hi I would make an appointment with that doctor and explained to him just what you stated above that you were experience pain because you over did it and it was hot, I would also explained to him that my insurance will not cover any more test because they feel its not warranted and you would like to proceed wit you surgery. Good luck my friend and hang in there , we are all pulling for you.

No I tried and they will not pay for it, which I think is funny since they were paying for all of my other medications.

Hi I am sorry that you felt that you were attack on another forum, as long as your no hurting yourself and your doctor approves I say push onward. I am currently looking into gyms now at Fitness USA as well as looking into buying a treadmill I walk at least three times per week and i am now looking into riding a bike which I have not done in years.
