Hi are you both getting in your 64 ounces of water everyday and protein ? Although you may not be losing pounds you are probably losing inches, I know I felt the same way and my clothes were still getting looser then I drop a pound, just continue to do what your doctor says and I am sure your stall will break soon. Good luck.

Each day will get better as it past just make sure you remember to drink water, and walk around as much as you can if its nothing but walking around your home between tv breaks. Good luck and congrats to you all for making the choice to be healthy.

Welcome Donald your taste buds does changed after surgery LOL, things I use to love to eat before surgery I cant even stand the smell lol, have you tried other Protein drinks? I am drinking premiere protein without any problems as well as occasional Isopure thats already mix . Congrats on your choice to be healthy and I agree with your doctor as time progress you will have more energy, have you tried walking for at least 10 - 15 minutes per day try that may help with your energy as well. As far as Vitamins I am taking chewables by bariatric advantages cherry flavor and love them. Congrats again on your choice to be healthy and i am sure before you know it your blood pressure will be under control and you will be off those meds as well. By the way I love that fish you caught, pure protein LOL. Keep us posted my friend.

Hi I had a private room and my husband had his own bed too and spent the night with me everyday I was in the hospital. They like for your support person to be there with you so they can assist you with walking . It was great. And the floor was just for patients who had the surgery and it was great. Good luck with your procedure.

First I would like to say congrats on your choice to be healthy, you got this, everyday will be a new adventure for you the unknown can be scary but trust me when I say this the new you is so worth it, I had no fear of the surgery and was like you afraid of the what after, but i had the best sleep ever as well as while I was recovery i was not in that much pain and i was burning the wheels off of my iv pole as I walk around the room. The rewards are so worth it, I was taking off all of my diabetic medications upon my release from the hospital and my blood pressure medications, I was even taken off of my high cholesterol medication within two weeks. I have been off all meds within two weeks of having my surgery on May 19 and I have more energy and feel great. I will keep a spot on the losers bench . keep us posted my friend and its great that you have supportive friends.

Wow how exciting doing the count down , congrats on your choice to be healthy, I remember how I felt during the count down , i even went to bed early on most days so the days would fly by, cleaning the house keeps you focus you got this, saving a seat on the losers bench for you. I would focus on my health and nothing else I agree with the above statements visit a few gyms and most give free pass to grind the one for you, good luck .

Hi check with your doctor but you should be off all meds for pain, I used a pillow between the seatbelt and my stomach and before you know it by day 6 I was driving again like a pro. Good luck.

Please remember that they never state all the facts in a review, I would discuss my concerns with him, and see how you feel, keep in mind everyone is not perfect and issues arise but as you know accidents do happen , trust your feelings and if you feel comfortable make a decision that's best for you good luck .

Hi I'm sorry your boyfriend is not on board, but you have to remember to put your health first , you have suffered a lot with your failing health , congrats on your choice to be healthy, if he will not remain open minded and attend meetings with you , you must make decisions based on whats in the best interest of your health if you loose friends they were really nit your friends to begin with, because friends respect your decision and wants you to be healthy. You can meet new friends as well as friends here we all believe in you and want the best for you good luck my friend and keep us posted .

Hi I would investigate before during this my friend switch insurance and she now has to wait a year, research your insurance as well as the new one and find out good luck.

Hi don't get discourage this is truly to ensure your healthy and yo prevent any problems. From start to finish it took me 9 months. Hang in their my friend the results are worth it.

No I didn't start my fast early but you might want to be careful because trust me you will get sick of the broth after two weeks and then you have to continue with the same broth while you heal, I never want to see broth or sugarfree pudding again lol . By the way congrats on your choice to be healthy .

Everyone is different I love water now I didn't before surgery but I love it now, at first I could only drink room temperature water now I can drink it could and I am getting in my 64 ounces of water without any problems . You got this .

I'm so sorry to hear this I know how you feel, I was completed with all of my requirements n Janurary and didn't have surgury until May 19 because my doctor is in high demand , it's going to be ok your time will fly by focus on continue to make good choices . Good luck my friend .

What protein shakes are you using? Can you drink isopure or premiere protein drink I know I. Ouldnt drink whey and when I tried premiere and isopure I have had no problems and I am 7 weeks out each day does get better. Welcome to the losers bench .
