4 days post op, I went for a walk, yea the worse idea ever! Now I am really feeling it! But I am dropping weight so fast that Its scary! Highest weight: 260 Surgery weight: 247 Current weight: 238 Total loss: 22lbs in 3 weeks! That's two week liquid diet and 4 days post opt! -

I have Surgery in the morning! I check in at 8:00am at St. Luke's Hospital in Phoenix. I have to pack my clothes up and I will keep y'all posted! I feel that this will be a walk in the park, I had 2 lung biopsies and 3 C-Sections! I'm looking forward to this one as much as the birth of my children... I am a praying woman so pray with me for a speedy recovery... -

My surgery is not until Wednesday 28th, but I took the tea like you suggested! Did all clear liquids, and lost almost 2 pounds! Yea! I haven't don't protein shakes! Just straight water and broth! That protein is horrible! I will try to get some in over the weekend, but Monday and Tuesday I'm doing straight clear liquids! -

I am scheduled to have weight loss surgery next week August 28th and I have been placed on a clear liquid diet. Today i messed up.. I wanted some meat so bad so i ate some ground beef in my soup. Ok the past 3 days I have been putting meat in my soup.. I know my liver have to shrink. But I was hungry for meat.. What should I do? Do I have to push my surgery out for another week? -
