I think my problem is I was told liquid but I am not sure what liquids are ok. Like is chicken broth or tomatoe soup ok? Tomato soup is super high in carbs. -

wow I am also aug 1st. I started liquid today and wow this is more difficult then I thought but I also think it's I don't know too many liquids to do does anybody have any suggestions other than protein shakes? I am also younger I am 25.

Good luck to you also! I am doing my 1st day of liquid holy moly its hard but I know I have to and its for the best I feel bad for all the people that have to do 2-3weeks, I am so sorry.

Wow this has been one hell of a journey. I finally made it, I am getting a hernia fixed and the gastric sleeve this Thursday. Any recommendations or advice?

Yeah I have always been big I don't remember ever being a size 14 and I am only 25. I know some people don't have to diet and I find that crazy. My dr only wanted me to do 3 day liquid but I think I am going to start tomorrow which qould be 4 just to be safe. That makes me nervous though reading on here people are doing 2 weeks.
