down 10 pounds, just by doing the pre-op diet... makes not eating totally worth it! 3 days until my surgery!!!!

pre-op liquid diet is so difficult
hopefully some extra sleep will make these next four days easier -
start my pre-op diet tomorrow!!!! already lost three pounds just testing out shakes that I like!!! 7 days until I get my surgery!!!!!

I think you are right for doing the surgery with her. I'm 20 years old been overweight since I was 12 I was teased, my life was a complete and utter hell! I wish my mom would have looked into the surgery at 14 for me! I think you are definitely doing the right thing! -
