This is terrible because I don't have an actual recipe BUT I can tell you the ingredients I use! I puree canned chicken with a little onion' date=' maybe a 1/4 tsp of lemon juice, 3 tbsp of non-fat mayo then I cut about 2 celery chunky - I don't puree that because it doesn't seem right. I just chew chew chew the little chunks or avoid them. Salt and pepper to taste. I stuff it into a Tomato just to flatter myself! lol Plus at work since I didn't tell anyone it looks like I'm eating a lot more than what I really am!
