Thanks for all your point of views,, totally appreciated... It seems like a Up n down roller coaster, But I'm in once again. What had happened was I started with getting the sleeve and first time meeting the surgeon she also had recommended the sleeve, Soo after searching and reading up on it, when came the pre op to meet with surgeon again, she then recommends maybe the Gastric bypass would be best because of my heart burn... will that's my story and I"m going to pre op appointme...

I never second guessed it... I felt so horrible and uncomfortable I was desperate. Pray on it. Best of luck and keep us posted. We are all here to support each other. Did you have heartburn when you were not so heavy? I only experienced heartburn when I was pregnant. I lost all the baby weight and had no heartburn but gained 45 lbs on lexapro they gave me for post partum and the heartburn returned. Being obese, eating large meals, spicy acidic meals and being a smoker increases heartburn...

@ Belladonna yes I have always suffered from heartburn since my first born and thats been about 17 years now. always taking antiacids meds since then.. Thanks for your support.
