    I cant stand liquids

If you go too fast you can cause a hole between staples or displace the staples which can lead to a hole and a leak. You dont want this...its no good.

I hate them too. I have to stick with it though. I cant take the risk of a leak.
  5. Thanks ladies!! I have been really confuses about the diet. Today I decided to go back to the full liquid version I did for pre-op. I will admit I have not been walking much. Just the usual going to the mall or sams club walks. Thats my fault. Looked at some pictures today and see a pretty big difference already. I am following my post op except I dont want all the sweet stuff. I was getting arounf 60 grams of protein a day...I have upped that today to 80. Im scared to eat the chunky soup that im able to blend and eat. All those carbs scare me. I will do as you say and put the scale away. I will only weigh on Thursdays. I keep tasting things I shouldnt, youre right my head isnt in the game right now. I have a houseful here but they are all super thin and not very supportive at all. Thanks for responding.
  6. I did that but now the scales not moving.
  7. Im not getting enough calories in...I am getting atleast 60g protein amd usually about 400 calories.
  8. Im on full liquids and I can have small stuff like sugarfree pudding. Im not having any issues except I think im eating more at one time than I should. I can eat a whole pudding cup. Thats a 1/2 cup. I know my stomach is very small, but I dont feel full. Also im having a hard time knowing when im full. So today I decided to just steer clear of the pudding and thicker stuff. Not sure what to do.
  9. Glad to see you all are doing well. The pain will pass just keep moving. Good luck and congrats!
  10. I was just sleeved the 12th. Looking forward to yogurt and cottage cheese.
  11. Good luck girlie!! Welcome to the losers bench!! :-)
  12. Hey everyone. Last night was my first night home since surgery. I ended up making smoked sausage and yellow rice for the family. I did kind of get grumpy but loved all the smells. I didnt even remotely want any, but I havent had much real craving since the operation.
