Does anyone have a recipe for high protien Low carb shake? I also have the soy isolate powder... It's tasteless... I really don't like chocolate icecream or shakes... But I'm starting today an I don't really have any ideas... Trying to get a head start b4 my dr actually puts me on my Pre Op diet. Tc's Ready!

I'm gonna try to start liquids & Protein shakes 2morrow. I don't really like chocolate shakes... But I'm willing to try anything @ this point... Gotta get a head start b4 the Dr. Puts me on Clear Liquids. Any recipes would be Awesome! Thanks! Tc's Ready!

My surgery will be in Oxford with Dr. King Tc's Ready!

My date hasn't been set yet either... Been gettin all of the Pre- Op stuff done since about May. Heart Dr. has cleared Lung Dr. has cleared sleep Apnea has cleared Primary Dr. has cleared My form with previous diets I've tried has been sent- cleared And I'm goin for my Psych Eval 7/31 After they get the clearance from the Psych Eval They will set my appt and a couple weeks before surgery ill have an endoscopy done and start liquid diet. Ok I jus got thru reading all of these posts... Y'all have me A lil. scared! I know what I eat now... And I haven't started my Pre-Op diet yet. If y'all had to do it over would you have started yours earlier and gradually went into it... Or jus start it cold turkey? I know my Dr. will prolly have me on a liquid diet for 2 weeks! Kinda Scared Here! Tc's Ready!

I'm a lil scared myself... But after 3 yrs of Lookin for the right Dr. And finally gettin insurance to cover... I'm so ready for a new me. Ready for a lifestyle change. So thankful God is goin with me each step of the way! Good Luck & Prayers to you all! Tc's Ready!

I'm also new... Have all of my clearances from all my Drs. My Psych Eval is July-31 Then I'm hoping to get my date set soon after. I hear ya about the whole cold feet thing... I first looked into GB 3 1/2 yrs ago. And backed out... Have been wondering and thinking about it for a longgg time. Finally I decided on the Sleeve. And I'm not turnin back this time. I'm super excited. Praying my date will get set quickly. Tc's Ready!

I'm new @ all of this so I don't know... My seminar was in May and they told me a list of what I had to do... And I changed drs bcuz on top of everything I jus said I had to do... They required ALOT more things and I wanted to cut the time out... So this Dr I'm goin to now only requires what I listed above... Sent from my iPhone using VST

I dont have mine scheduled yet... I've already had to get a heart Dr. approval, lung Dr. approval, my primary Dr. approval, my Sleep Apnea approval, and a Pshyc Elvaluation... Thought it was gonna be finished yesterday... But was told today that I have to redo it by a different one so that appt. is July 30. Then they will make my appt to see my Surgeon. I'm not sure what they will make me do... I started all this the beginning of May So it's a lil time consuming

I'm so sorry... Don't lose hope yet! Keep trying!
