Overweight all my life I finally decided the time is right to make some permanent adjustment to my lifestyle. Mother of four, grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of one, I'm hoping it's not too late to improve my quality of life. No worries about the surgery, high hopes about the results, and some doubts about my ability to change my lifestyle [b]permanently[/b], I decided to just go for it.
