Im in week 34 & im 1 year an 7 months post op my food intake is greater than before pregnancy i find myself always hungry , ive been working out daily at the gym an have gained 30lbs so far almost done with this pregnancy any tips for dieting and losing baby weight gain afterwards? I conceived about 11 months after surgery and losing 80lbs before i couldnt conceive at all

Im due sept 14 2013 & im 32 weeks and 4 days and going to be pregnant all summer, im a year and a month post op so far ive gained 28lbs i work out reguarly but i dont eat to healthy an my appetite has increased tremendously i feel like im gaining to much weight i kno i need to eat more healthy but i crave the unhealthy foods any advice on a good diet an jus being pregnant in the summer?

Congrats i waited a year before i concieved so the restrictions werent that bad but the morning sickness for me was horrible i could hardly keep anything down the smell of food made me sick i barely eat anything but things i did eat were light healthy and not a very strong smell but your doctor can prescribe meds for the morning sickness

Thanks so much i was wondering how it works an will my stomach go back to allowing me to only eat a little again gaining this weight back that ive already lost makes me think im back a square one

So i was sleeved last year 01/12/2012 i had lost 75lbs before i became pregnant before i could get pregnant after trying for two years , i was excited an nervous because i didnt kno how my stomach would react , but ive been taking my vitamins an extra iron an taking 30 min walks so far my baby an i are healthy thank god , my only concern is that i went from eating small small portions to eatin alot at one time like my stomach pouch grew ive gained 16lbs so far but i wanna kno is anyone else had this happen ?
