I'm starting my pre-op diet on Friday and also getting sleeved on the 5th. I know how you feel with the protein shakes, I'm gonna need more! Lol! I've tried a few sample shakes and added unsweetened almond milk and it made the shake a bit thicker. I'm also going to try mixing orange with chocolate. Good luck to you -
Hi I'm new to this site. I'm having surgery on 8/5 and have to start the pre-op diet. Can anyone tell me what the best tasting protein powder is? I've tried Bariatric Fusion and I'm not impressed. :/ Thanks!

Only a week left until I start my pre-op diet! My surgery is schuduled for 8/5 and I am getting so nervous. I keep hoping I'm doing the right thing. Alittle bothered because my manager does not think I should have it done (trying to ignore the negative comments).

Pattygee, I only have a 10 day pre-op diet. I decided to tell my manager because she seemed concerned that I'll be out for 4 weeks and that I was ill. I forgot though that she is very opionated! Grrr....

I am also starting a pre-op diet next week. Is there any difference between premier and bariatric fusion powders? Also, what exactly am I allowed to have? Good luck to you BTW!
