My date is 8/15 , but I find it strange that my surgeon never put me on a liquid diet ... But I think ill do a week of liquid diet on my own !! When I started this journey in January through kaiser I weighed 210 , I'm down to 196 ... But still I have a Lil concern that my surgeon didn't put me on a liquid diet !! Should I at least do one week of liquids?? Any feed back please !!

I'm starting to get cold feet !! Part of me is super excited the other part is nervous about post op recovery ..Im going thru Kaiser South Bay. I'm hoping to get a lot of info from people who've had the sleeve ,the pros and cons !!

Live in the Riverside area , but getting sleeved at kaiser in South Bay (long beach area).. Can't wait to start my new life style journey !!
