I don't have any requirements for protein or calories. My NUT just told me 3 meals no snacks. Just eat to I feel the first sign of fullness and 64-100 ozs of water daily. -

Sleeved 6/11/13 I lost 20lbs pre-op and 30lbs since surgery. I'm at a little bit of a stand still but the weight loss will start again soon! -
Waiting for kidney stone surgery I sleeved 6/11/13. I've been dealing with this stone for weeks I was only back to work for 2.5 weeks before this began. My work is really unhappy!

I've had them before but small enough to pass. It hurts, drink tons of water, pee alot and its done. This is the worst I've had and biggest cause I can't pass it and it took close to 2 weeks to see an urologist

I did work with 3 kidney stones for 4 days. I passed one at work now one is caught above my bladder and one in my kidney. Worst part is I am a nurse

Does anyone else feel like food gets stuck in your throat/chest area? I do and it hurts really bad even threw up once over it and I only had one bite. I chew really good but it doesn't seem to help and I'm not suppose to drink with food
