Got the offical word from my surgeons office that I have been approved by my Insurance company for the surgery. December 19th @ 10:30am i will undergo surgery for Verticle Sleeve Gastrectomy. So excited.

Hey guys thank you so much for your well wishes. Just wanted to give you guys an update on where I am. I went and saw my surgeon for my pre-op visit on Nov. 7th and he told me then that he wanted me to start my pre-op diet and for Thanksgiving he allowed me to eat all of the turkey I wanted since it was a protein, a good amount of veggies w/o a lot of extra calories (butter, oils, grease). I could only have a very, very, very small portion of starch items. I must say I did very well. I have...
