Today marks my 1 year since having the gastric sleeve surgery . I couldn't be happier with my progress . I'm officially down 120 lbs since surgery , 150 overall , with about 30 to go . I no longer have high blood pressure or sleep apnea and feel great .

Thank you ! I am 5'11 , my height has always helped me that no one could guess I weighed that much . My recommendation is to follow everything the surgeon tells you ! I'm very strict with my diet , I exercise at least 4 days a week , and I don't cheat often , and if I do it's still something somewhat healthy . I still haven't tried beer , bread , or anything fried because I knew I needed a lifestyle change . I follow a lot of healthy clean eating people on Instagram if you like to learn new recipes . Thank you . Congrats to you as well . I think it's my stomach that bothers me . Working out , losing all this weight to have a flabby stomach . I'm looking into a tummy tuck but I have to be at least a year out my nutritionist days . Looking at pictures helps , and gives me motivation to see my before and after so far .

I am 5'11 and my goal weight is 200 lbs. I like having curves and it's a health BMI of 27. Hoping to hit it around April. Surgery date was 7/10/13

It was yummy . A few people that I didn't tell didn't even think it was healthy lol . Only thing I would change would be to add about a quarter cup of Splenda to the pumpkin mixture , just to make the top more sweet .
