    2 years post op question

Thank you, thats what I was thinking was going back to basics from the beginning, cutting out all carbs and starches and focus on my Proteins and greens. Luckily my boyfriend just had the sleeve so I won't be eating out with him like we were.
  2. I'm 2 years out and here recently have noticed I can eat a whole lot more, including bread. I've been good for 2 years about not eating bread and rice, then one day recently I tried a breadstick and it was like a gateway drug for me. I had gotten down to 160 from 330 but I think the last 20 was from the gallbladder surgery I had to have due to rapid weightloss, for the last 7 months I have struggled with 16 pounds weight gain and even went back to weight watchers to try to lose and hit goal. I understand that eventually your body catches up to the weight loss and I found out by joining weight watchers that even though I was eating small meals I was still eating pretty bad. I feel that it happened over night and I never pushed it to stretch out my stomach but I can eat so much more now and it scares me because I don't want to put the weight back on. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions or tips to get it back off? Obviously working out and stop eating the carbs would help, I know this.
  3. Thank you, I dont really care about being regular, if it stops I'm definitely not going to complain lol. I'm not worried about getting pregnant I dont believe I want children any longer. And my general feeling about the weight gain was exactly that, you eat you gain.
  4. I'm a year out and my periods are irregular and have way to many. I've been on the pill for 3 months now and it's made them worse, to the point of bleeding almost every other week. I can't do Mirena (New job cant take off work plus I've never had kids so they said it would be harder to insert), so I'm seriously considering the Depo Shot. YES i've heard all the horror stories from people who've had it BEFORE surgery and the weight gain blah blah blah, my question is for people who had it AFTER surgery and what happened. Generally speaking I dont see how you could gain weight after surgery if you can't eat much. Please those who've had the Depo Shot after surgery, did it make you gain weight, did it screw up your periods any more than mine already are, have you had any complications? Thank you

    Vomiting with Vitamins

Thank you. I will try the liquid vitamins. See if that's any better.
  6. I'm 4 weeks out, every vitamin I've bought so far taste horrible, I finally went and ordered the Opurity (orange berry), I've taken them twice now once on an empty stomach and once an hour or less after eating. Both times within a min I'm sick to my stomach and have to run to the restroom to vomit. Any suggestions? The nutritionist said not to take gummies or flinstones vitamins but I took gummies before surgery and never had this problem. Vomiting is so flippin painful.
