I call mine "Boss" because my boss didn't want me to have surgery. He thought I should lose the weight on my own. Now he's struggling to lose weight himself and keeps asking more and more questions about my surgery. LOL Love it! -

I'm 9 weeks post op and have lost 32 pounds since surgery. Sounds to me like you're right on track. -
I had a hiatal hernia repair and vsg on 3/6/14. I'm down 34 pounds since surgery. I too have been dealing with hunger. The day before yesterday I read that hunger pangs can be caused by excess acid in the stomach. Yesterday I started back on my Prilosec (Omeprazole) and it did seem to make a difference. I wasn't quite as hungry yesterday. Hope this helps.

Gulping water when your really thirsty?

I'm 9 weeks out and I can gulp it as long as I don't try to do it too soon after eating. -
I can't feel that most of my stomach is gone. The only time it's apparent is when I eat and get full quickly.
