Did u have a jp drain?

I had one! The surgeons assistant took it out the day after surgery right before I left the hospital. Don't worry about the drain...you won't even feel it...they place it during the surgery so when you wake up...tadaa! Instant plastic grenade hanging from your abdomen. It didn't cause any pain or irritation it's just weird! I will say that when they finally took it out it felt so gross ( it wasn't painful) just really weird and gross feeling! You literally feel the tube traveling through your body. If that makes any sense.

    Fitness accountability

Feeling excited about everyone's commitment to exercising! I would definitely like to join in on the exercising accountability. I was sleeved on July 23rd and since I've been home, I've "exercised" through walking laps from my kitchen to the living room...then on Saturday, I started making laps to the corner of my street...can't wait until I can build up enough stamina to continue my C25k (Couch to 5K) program and run in the Color Run this Fall!

    Kaiser SO CAL? Surgeons

Kb88, no worries! I felt like Kaiser's Options program department was very fast to call me back...if you're on top of your labs, food logs, and going to the classes you should have your surgery within a little over 4 months...a friend of mine just received her referral two and a half weeks again and she has already attended the orientation and started her first Options class last Wednesday! Good luck! Oh, by the way, I was sleeved last Tuesday July 23rd!
