Was sleeved on the 30th went home 30 hours later getting all my protein and fluids in I noticed if I walk while drinking my protein shake it goes down much easier. I get my drain out monday ptettt excited about that!

Ok I was in the hospital for @30 hours, I was up walking 3 hours after surgery got all the gas out feels like someone kicked me real hard in the belly so I only have discomfort when I move. On protein shakes today doing well with those. Feeling great being 2 days out. -

Im being sleeved on the 30th. Im really freaking out I read where people cant swallow anymore, I hope things go well but having my doubts. Did anyone else feel this way? ? ?

I have weight loss surgery on the 30th. I can't do a lot of cardio but I am able to walk do to my bad knee will this be enough exercise at first?

July 30th here also had my bloodwork done an hour a go. Im really nervous! Im not seeing the future and thats scarring me a little!
