Feeling "hunger" - is it really gone?
JCAMDK replied to kathp's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am a little over a month out and it's gone for me. I have "head hunger" but water usually makes it go away. The physical hunger I have I get from the deep part of my belly and can feel it "rumble". Tonight I was so hungry for dinner, and my eyes are still bigger then my stomach. I ordered the shrimp florentine. I could only get through the 6 prawn shrimps and a bite of spinach. -
I have not been scuba diving since getting the sleeve last month. I'm really nervous about it as well. Let me know if you find out anything.

I don't mean to be cruel but she knew better. I had a friend who was at the park the same day. I feel bad for her, but she put up an argument that she could fit on the ride when she knew better. I don't stick a gun to my head and pull the trigger because I know better; that if I do I might die. I made a choice to become fat in life and I knew the risks; I might die, but I did it anyway. I had the sleeve to help change my life.
