Ok so has anyone else only lost like 5 lbs on pre op diet ?

Ok so I have only lost like 5 kb on my pre op diet !!! Just wondering anyone else has done the same ? I hope this is not how I lose weight SLOWLY . Surgery is tomorrow !!!
