Well, I've joined the stall/gain club. So glad I've seen others successfully work trough the deed and disappointment. Staying focused and this week = more movement, more Water, more protein!!

I want to do cartwheels right now!!! I just can't express how thankful I am for this amazing tool, the incredible support of my family, friends and new friends here on BP and the new things I've learned these past few months. God is good!!! Okay, time to wipe away these tears and start working towards that next goal.... 85 lbs down by my birthday, Feb. 22nd.

I hit a 10 day period with no loss, but am finally loosing again - yeah!

I'm trying to stick with weighing and pictures on Sundays, but I do sneak in a scale trip every now and again... Plus I finally get off liquids for soft foods on Monday, and am pretty sure that will result in a stall as my body adjusts, and I'm okay with that.
Ultimately, I'm more concerned with my ability to stay on the nutrition program outlined by my doctor, because it know that's a better indicator of being able to achieve long term health than the numbers. But man, the numbers are a quick fix ego boost.

I'm enjoying how every1 is still encouraging each other on this journey, esp threw these stalls that are inevitable. I think, at 19 days out, I may b heading for my first stall. Was weighed at my first post and will weigh tomorr for the lbs loss board but so far, same weight, up n down same lb. Will officially weigh tomorrow, Lord willing, post then change or not but bc of u all b4 me, I'm not panicked one bit, just gonna embrace it n move onward! Like som1 said, this tool IS GOING TO WORK NO MATTER WHAT, so with that assurance in mind, I'm ok at this point. Second post op on Friday, so, will luk if its a true stall or just the fact that my body was adjusting to finally having food:). Gna and God Bless You!

I'm so excited because all week I felt like I wasn't losing. Surprise, surprise, I lost 2.8 pounds this week!!

So I am in the dreaded 3rd week stall and holding at a total loss of 30lbs. I am keeping my head up though because I wore a "sexy" pair of jeans per my friends last night. They had been in my closet for 11 years!

Hit a stall with no weight loss week 3-4. Had to give up my 18-20 jeans so I am excited.

AND, although I only lost 1 pound since last week, all of a sudden my jeans are really loose! I tried on smaller jeans last week but they were snug. I guess my body was busy adjusting to the weight loss this week.
