I am 6 weeks out as well. I was sleeved on 7/22. I loose about 1lb per day or every other day. I am dying to get to 199 and I am currently 205. I have a group of women called Sleeve Sisters on FB that I am a part of as well as this group. The FB group is much easier to navigate. Let me know if you are interested. singhalong6975@yahoo.com

You will be fine. By 6 weeks out you are able to enjoy all foods and trust me that will not be your focus. I went to Canada less than 2 weeks out. You will be fine. 6 week out you should be getting your proteins from your food and not the drinks so you may not even need to walk with the protein drinks but I would walk with the powder just in case. -
