    This is so right on. I thought I was a slow loser then I went to my 6 week appointment and I am actually losing at ABOVE average. Ive lost 17% of my excess body weight!

    Had my 6 week appointment with the surgeon thursday and he said that average weight loss is 10-15% of your excess body weight and Ive lost 17%~! even though its only 21lbs in 6 weeks, I'm above average! I feel so much better!

    20 LBS IN 6 WEEKS. I'm getting upset. I have my 6 week checkup on thursday and I think they are going to be mad. I havent been that great about getting all my protein or water in on most days but close. I also dont eat very much.. could that be the reason? do I need to eat more? I have a hard time finding things to eat around the house. I need to go shopping. sorrry, I am just ranting ....

    I plan on putting one spoonful of each thing and eating very slow. I am almost 6 weeks post op and losing slowly. surgery weight 262 todays weight 246. goal by thanksgiving 235.

    I am almost 5 weeks post op and i am still a mess! Not nearly as bad as I was at week one but oh yea, terrible emotions all over the place at first. It does get better.. It doesnt feel like it will but it does. hang in there.
