  1. It's very discouraging to come to this page a read how well everyone is doing, I started this at 204 and as of today I am at 186 what the heck. I work out five days a week and log my food. Can everyone give me an example of what they eat a day?? Please I feel desperate!!!!

    I go to the 24 hour fitness in Buena Park the Gold gym in Fullerton is in the same shopping center as my job but it's very expensive
  3. I agree I eat about 900 calories a day give or take and I still loose very slow
  4. Everyone is right, I still ate small portions with my band and it's a little less now so my body didn't have that radical change like the first time I got my band, I am still logging my food and working out I don't want to give up

    My doctor opened up my incision in a corner and I would press down on the liquid would come out on its own

    I had that a week out and my doctor took the fluid out with needles, it eventually went down alone after a while, mine did hurt tho

    I started the gym 2 weeks out just the treadmill, at 3 weeks I started the elliptical and at five I started everything

I was sleeved 7/31 had a stall for two weeks I am finally down 16 pound I seem to be a super slow looser, I started the gym at two weeks out I do 2 miles incline at 4.2 on the treadmill for 30 minutes and twenty in the elliptical burning an average of 450 to 550 calories five days a week, I was one of the lucky ones that had no problems with eating or drinking ever.

    I WISH I'D KNOWN....

    That the weight would come off very slow and I have to diet and exercise like I did before to see any weight loss
