So that's so fun y you say that, I've now been at the same weight for five days! What the heck! It's been almost three weeks from my surgery, has their ever been anyone that didn't lose a good amount of weight from the sleeve? I'm worried, I've lost 23lb from the start of my pre surgery diet, any advice? -

I lost 14lb in 14 days doing two Protein shakes one in the morning and one in the afternoon,plus a yogurt in between,then for dinner 3oz of lean meat chicken,fish,or roast beef with one cup of any veggie, it wasn't bad. -

Dr Pham did my surgery, he was wonderful, good bed side manner, I have my first post open appt on Fri Oct 18th, I'm sure they have a support group. -

Hi out their! I'm from Amherst, my I'm 4days out, I had the sleeve on sat the 12th, I'm still sore and a little dizzy. I would love to go to a support group around here any ideas? I'm already down 20lb starting from the two week pre op diet. My husband is so proud of me. I was also wondering did anyone eat baby food after the first week? What kind did u buy?
