So yeah I'm going on the 3 protein shakes and all you can drink water diet. Ha! My procedure is on the 25th of July and I'm super amped about. Oh by the way I'm Erick and I'm new to these forums

Three protein shakes one for breakfast, lunch and one before dinner. For dinner I'm havin a Lean Cuisine under 200 cal. and lots of water throughout the day. -

Good luck to you ladies as well! The diet is all a mental game. I find myself thinkin about all the different foods I could be eating right now. Thankefuly I feel I'm winning all these small battles and moving ahead. I want my date to come already.
