    Cravings

I know amazon has it : http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1/177-2932750-6494661?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Edamame I suspect whole foods, trader joes, central market etc do too.
  3. I hadnt seen the numbers you quoted above about 25% of excess by 7 weeks etc. They give me hope! Do you remember where you found those? Would love to learn more about that. I started at BMI 37 and it's much slower going for us of course, so good to get educated about what's "normal" for us.

    Cravings

I find dried edamame satisfy my need for a salty crunch while giving me good amounts of protein and fiber. May be worth trying
  5. I'm 3 mons out and really nothing bothers my sleeve. But I still need to do one sometimes two shakes or a bar a day to hit 60-80 gms of protein. I have a thread here titled "tired of protein shakes?" That has tips that might help you get your protein.

    sick of not loosing

I was sleeved 10/2. I was 230 at high weight, 222 day of surgery. I'm "only" down to 194 today. I've stalled 3 times, for 12+ days each time. I'd kill to have lost as much as you did. And btw, I stick to the plan very tightly. Don't compare yourself to people who have different amounts to lose, who are younger, who are male, etc. you're doing just fine as long as you're following your plan.

    Rotten breath?

White tongue could be thrush for sure. If it persists, I'd call the doc.

    post op diet

I was terrified of doing something wrong and developing a leak. Nothing would taste so good that I was willing to risk death over it. And really now at 3 months? I kinda remember it--but not really. In the long run I remember the weight I lost then, not how much it sucked

    post op diet

Smart choice! You'll get through it and do so safely and that's what you will remember in the long run.

    Adventures in shapers

NOW she tells us! This is cool, how could we not know this? Perhaps it's because we aren't victorian ladies. On my FB, i just posted a link from buzzfeed that said 21 signs that being ladylike is not your forte. Maybe that's why I didn't know about stepping into control garments either.
