JSCRIMPSHIRE replied to GlutenFreeSingleMom's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My grandparents owned their own business for thirty years- greenhouses. One thing they sold and believed in was aloe Vera plant. I had an incision to get infected and opened an aloe stalk, rubbed it on it, and bandaged it for a few days. It really helped. -

Eating at 4 months
JSCRIMPSHIRE replied to jamie5711's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A

Whats it like being under and waking up from surgery?
JSCRIMPSHIRE replied to Disabledaccount's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The last thing I remember was getting on the surgery table and the nurse putting a mask on my face. Next thing I was in recovery moaning from the pain. I ne'er opened my eyes to see anything. The nurse gave me more meds and then I remember being in my room. I had tons of pain from all the extra things they had to do and the extra incisions. -
