Im starting to have cold feet:(. I know this is something i want. Im just scared that i will lose more than i want to because my goal weight i will feel comfortable at is like 200. I dont want to be skinny. I just want to be healthy and i want to keep meat on my bones. But i am going through with this in 3 more days because to get to goal of 200 i need to lose 109 lbs -

Yes i was givin an incentive spriometer at my preop hospital visit. Was told after surgery it will help prevent pneumonia. Was told how often to.do it. -

So i definatly have NOT been hungry whatsoever!!. I am on day 9 of preop liquid diet with 4 days till surgery. I havenot been able to get all my shakes down they say i need 4 shakes a day and ive only been getting 2 down. My weight loss stopped even thought i havent been eating anything at all. Called surgeon office and was told i had to.get at least 4 shakes.down and my weightloss will start back up. Ive lost 10lbs -

Im sorry your in so much pain jurneeofone. Hopefully you will feel better soon!! Do any of yall use spanx or some type of compression for after surgery. Just wondering if or where i need to look to get one.thanks -

Im starting to get nervous and worry a little bit ive got 4 more days. I go in to hospital at 7:15 surgery at 9:30 tuesday the 18th. Ahhhhh im kinda scared but happy too!! -
Hey all I was wondering if anyone has any information on oral sex after sleeve? In other words, would swallowing be a big NONO after surgery. Any insight is appreciated. Just something I like to do. Thanks
