That's good! I'm here if you need support. We all need each other. This was a massive change. We can get through it together. I just had canned chicken 1.5 oz with Tblspn of Mayo and 2 small mozzarella sticks with some cracked black pepper. I'm full and satisfied and feel good. :-) -

Why the heck did I take a vitamin on an empty stomach?!! I know better. Tried an egg white omelet with light cheddar cheese. Praying I don't vomit. I hate this feeling! :-/ -

Amen! I have to watch that! Thanks for sharing! I am on 2 cholesterol medications. My Wellness doctor assures me will go away with right eating. I spend so much money to balance out my body and I know diet is the answer. The docu-series Fat Sick and nearly Dead you can go online and watch. He decided to juice for 90 days. There's a book called Superfoods by David Wolfe. It's all about the certain kinds of foods that can heal certain ailments and health benefits. It was fascinating. He also represents the newer Nutri-Bullet and talks about the benefits of juicing. Once I can have fiber....I'm going all in! :-) -

I forgot to mention....I don't like pickles. The ranch has lots of ranch flavoring. Worth the carb and calories. I feel like I are so much today and my calories were under 800. So strange. The 2 oz at a time makes me Feel like I eat more, but it's a 1/4 of the calories I used to consume. I could throw down. Lol -

Ranch, salt and vinegar, and BBQ. I think they're great addition for lunch with the tuna and chicken salad. A craving to avoid a bad decision too . -

You go! One I stopped feeling pain it was on! Lol. Ok I found these protein chips that are 10g's of protein and 130 calls per bag. Health-Wise is the brand. I put my tuna with light mayo on each lil cracker. Yuuuuummmyy! It was less than 2 oz of tun, but the two together were 28 g's of protein and I had no issues at all. I felt normal. Today for lunch I did it with chicken and mayo while my kids ate Sonic right in front of me. I looked at what they were eating and remember.....that's what gave me high cholesterol and all this weight that I'm trying to get off. NO THANK YOU! -

I felt exactly the same way.....I made me an egg white with cheddar cheese omelet and chewed the hell out if it. I'm 2 weeks out and eating what I want, but in moderation. It's all healthy high protein as I can get. Canned chicken smashed to hell with a lil light mayo. I've had it 3 times and feel great! You may need more calories, especially if you're exercising. I couldn't get enough calories in...so I expanded my diet. The key is to chew the hell out of it so you're new tummy doesn't have to do much work. The egg omelet was like an experience. Just to chew something was heaven. Now....that's what I did and it's working for me. Be careful and try things lil by lil. Don't be hard on yourself. You made this decision to live a healthy full life and you deserve just that. I'm heard if you need some more ideas. :-) -

I wanted to let everyone know that Savers / Value Village gives you 20% off when you donate your clothes. You get a tax receipt too! They are clean, neat, and shop panel thrift stores. You can even find new stuff in there. I only know because I've worked for them for 5 year. Lol. I'm a DM. We help support 4 non- profit charities in my community. We pay them based on weight. The more you bring the more we pay. Best part is the money stays in YOUR local community!!! -

I did have the same feeling of aching until two days ago. My doc said its normal. It's the nerves. They said give it 4 weeks, but so far I'm doing good. It feels strange when I sleep in my sides, but I sleep better that way. Poo'ing sucks! I take laxatives once a day now. I used to be regular with my morning caffeine, but I don't drink caffeine any longer. You may want to try not drinking milk and use soy. You may be lactose intolerant now. Milk makes me gassy and diarrhea. It could be a result of the surgery for you. I've been that way for years.
