weight 326 8/1/13, 301 8/31/13, 289 9/12/13. What kind of exercise did you do to lose your weight? I just started walking on my treadmill. I got 1/2 mile and 15 minutes today but will get better. What are your recommendations?

we've taken steps to improve our life and we should really not give a darn what anyone thinks. I'm very aware of the looks I get when just passing someone walking on the streets. I feel empowered right now and for the first time in my life (other than those dreadful teenage years) I'm putting myself FIRST! I'm tired of the looks and me trying to decide exactly what they are thinking. I don't care what they are thinking anymore because this girl won't be the fat one in the room for much longer We CAN do this!!!! {{hugs}}

I was at that hospital on 8/31/13. I think if you lock in your suitcase you will be okay. Don't take much cash at all. Don't forget to call and let the bank or credit card co know you are in Tijuana or they will not work. Speaking from experience and I work at the darn bank! It was a secret where I was going and didn't think about not being able to use my cards. Luckily I was able to facebook a co-worker that I trusted to get it working of me Funny-funny. Good luck! The nurses really are good and will treat you right. Will your coordinator be there with you? Maybe they can watch your bag while in surgery? Keep us posted on your surgery! God Bless!

feels like a baby turning in there sometimes I just pat my hand on it like I did when I was pregnant. LOL
