    I started out 326 lbs and after preop diet I was 301 on surgery day and day from hospital. I am proud to say I am currently 262! I started out walking on the treadmill but now have gone to water aerobics/water zumba Mon-Fri each week. It's a bigger workout than you think. My dream/goal is to be at 240 by 12/15/13 with diet and exercise. What type of exercises are you doing? What has been the best thing you've done to help with your loss? Thanks! Sherry

    you will be able to Water aerobics with no problem. Everyone is going at their own pace and it's so easy on your joints! Give it a try I encourage you to do so. It's a great workout for the abdomen as well believe it or not YOU CAN DO THIS! ((hugs))

    I just had a circular tummy tuck and breast implants with Dr. Juan Pablo Cervantes in Tijuana Mexico on 12/8/14. I had an arm lift 9/1/14 with him as well. I've lost 167lbs and had a lot of skin to be removed.

    5 weeks I'm off for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Can't wait and will post lots of pics throughout the process! Scared, excited and ready to get my body back I'm 165 lbs and just wonder what I'll end up after all this skin is gone.

    I did it! Had my surgery with Dr. Juan Pablo Cervantes on December 8, 2014 in Tijuana Mexico. Removed 11 lbs of skin with the circular tummy tuck!!!! OMGEEEE And I also had a breast lift with implants. I'll be adding pics soon! I stayed in Mexico for 10 days to insure I was good to fly back home and was hoping my drains would be removed while in Mexico. Well I planned it perfect because he was able to remove the drains and some of the stitches the evening before my flight! While in Mexico I also attended the Christmas dinner with my bariatric surgeon's team Baja Bariatrics- Dr. Illan. This year has been amazing and I know it will only get better and better!

    156lbs gone! Started out 326 lbs and sitting at 170 today. So ready to see what the 160's feel like~ If you are on the fence and wondering if the sleeve works........YES it does I was sleeved 8/31/13 in Mexico by Dr. Illan, Baja Bariatrics in Tijuana. Would do it over and over again! LOVE my sleeve and my new life. Protein, protein, protein and Water,water,water Wearing mostly 12's and medium tops but I did fit in a size 8 pants! They may have had a little more stretch BUT they were still an 8! LOL whatever works baby.................HAPPY SLEEVING

    I did it! had my surgery on 9/1/14 in Mexico with Dr. Juan Pablo Cervantes in Tijuana. So far everything has been amazing. No real pain at all. I had it much worse plated out in my head. I stayed from Sunday (night before) and left Friday morning. Drains were removed Thursday and stitches will dissolve anywhere from 120/150 days. I'm to take weekly pics to send to him to review and he is available to me anytime I have a question or concern. Amazing difference!

    VSG was the best thig I ever did for myself!!!! PS is the 2nd LOL I will post pics and give an honest opinion of my journey into plastics. My arm lift has done amazing and am thrilled with the results so far. Thanks all!

    My biggest struggle was constipation. Other than that it was really smooth sailing. I had brachioplasty 6 weeks ago in Mexico because my arms were HUGE. That was a breeze as well. I hope to get TT and boob for Christmas. My thighs are a hot mess but as long as I don't wear short shorts I'm okay.

    So now I'm looking to get a TT and breast lift/implants for Christmas. I really hope I can come up with the money by then. My arms are doing FANTASTIC! I send updated pics to Dr. Cervantes and he replys back. everything is going great. Tijuana here I come again.........very, very soon! So happy with my VSG doc Dr. Illan and my PS Dr. Cervantes!!!
