Hi, I had my surgery in June of last year, and loose skin was one of my major concern too, I'm also 39, I started working out religiously every day and I have lost tones of inches and don't have any loose skin, you have no children so your skin may bounce right back. Goof luck and don't stress about it now, the end result is so much more rewarding. I'm a new person self steam through the roof and feeling wonderful.

Hi, sorry it took so long to get back to you, was having trouble logging in. I followed the pre and post diet to the T, also when I was allowed to eat regular food I stayed away from carbs and wine and all fried food, also I workout everyday I do cross fit and high intensity training and kick boxing. I didn't want to have hanging skin so I workout like a beast lol. Don't stressed your self I did at the bogging because I was loosing weight very slow but believe me it will come off and the inches too. Good luck. And enjoy the ride. Let me know if you have any other question will try to answer it the best I can.

I'm nine month out. I've lost 52lbs, I'm a snail when it comes to loosing weight. But I have lost a ton of inches. When I started I was a size 16 now I'm in a 8 or 6 depending who makes the cloth. I do exercise everyday and what's the best thing is I don't have excess skin. I'm building a lot of muscle which is why I think my scale doesn't move. I don't remember when was the last time my scale moved, I think since October but I'm not letting that bring me down. I get so happy when I go shopping and I ask for a smaller size. It's unreal for me still. GOOD LUCK and enjoy the ride. I'm hoping to be in a bikini by summer. Finger crossed.

I'm sorry you're going through hard times, I too had a ugly friendship breakup, don't let temptation get to you, it will only make you feel worse afterwards. Believe me I've done it. Then I decided to do something better and healthier big physically and mentally , I turn to exercise it keeps your mind off things and helps you with your goal. Keep your head up. Good luck -
OMG this phone changes my word. I just want to show my progress. Almost at my goal. Weight coming off slow, but my hard work is paying off shedding inches like crazy .

Good morning I have been experiencing some weird stomach pain where I can actually feel the little stomach pouch cramped, the top of my stomach gets hard and it hurts the pain radiates to my back even up my shoulders, the first time it happened I swear I thought I was having a heart attack. It comes out do no where, someone told me that I may be eating too fast or when you eat too much sweet but that's not always the case. Sometimes the pain it's so bad it takes my breath away the pain can last up to 25/30 minutes and then dissipate. I also get a lot of heartburn I take Nexium everyday and also take rollaid everyday. Has this happened to anyone
-
I was sleeved in June, can you still get a leak so far out.
-
Yes it good to have it checked out,but also could be dehydration. Are you having cramps like Charlie horse or pain even to the touch
-
Yes it helped me too, you need to take at least 10,000 per day. Also the hair loss will stop after like 3 month. I was so scare thinking I was going bald, now I have more hair than before. Lol too much in fact. Good luck
-
I know what you mean, I take Nexium everyday but also take rollaid liquid almost everyday. I haven't been able to determine what is causing the heart burn for me, have your doctor giving you any idea. I was sleeved I June last year
