My sleeve surgery is scheduled for the 22nd! This is day 3 of the pre-op diet for me. I'm using Mercy Healthy Weight Solutions. My doctor is M Dahman, MD. Good luck to us!! -
Starting day 3 of the pre-op diet. Hardest part so far is cooking for the kids and not being able to sample anything. Surgery on the 22! Hurry up!!

Hi! My name is Lisa. I just found and joined this site today. My surgery is scheduled for the 22nd. I'm so ready for this but I'm starting to get nervous. I have struggled with my weight for so long. I'm really hoping this surgery and lifestyle change will be the answer. Good luck to all of us!
