Hi! My surgeon is also Dr. Zare. I am scheduled for Nov. 26 to be sleeved. How's the liquid diet? Is it super hard. Where can I purchase them? Let me know how the surgery goes and what your biggest obstacles are. Good luck!! -

Those are great goals, I'm sure you will lose all you need to. I've yet to be sleeved in 6 weeks but I know it will be the best thing that I've ever done. Can you give me examples of foods you ate in the first 2 weeks? Nervous I won't get all my calories and protein in. -
