My story started about 13 years ago after I had my second child. Never lost the pregnancy weight and just added to it over the years. I have tried many diets and exercise programs to no avail. I would lose weight but it would always come back. I have diabetes, high blood pressure and have not looked in a mirror since I don't know how long. I just want to be comfortable in my body.
