Eating More At 5 Months Post Op

I am only 4 months out but remember being told farther out to eat until you are comfortable not full. If you were used to 4 oz try to stick with that. Also farther out things will change. If it scares you Google the 5 day pouch test that will shrink you back down again if you feel concerned. It tests your Sleeve also can help break a stall. -

Almost 4 months and I am struggling feel like I am wanting to eat more. I am trying the 5 day pouch test again last week I tried but my blood sugars messed it up. It is supposed to help in getting back on track. I am off today helps too. The consistant thing for me is still excercising daily a mile on treadmill or elliptical. I own my own equipment. Just got done cleaning company this weekend. -

I use the myfitness pal although at times not accurate due to amount sizes but works well. -
